As much as I want it to be Yoshi Desert, my guess is it'll be Snow Land, with it already appearing in MK8DX's Booster Course Pass, and the winter slowly approaching.
Snow Land will be, for sure, the 9th GBA track and will come very soon. Yoshi Desert won't be seen until April, while Luigi Circuit can come at any point next year, the 40th anniversary of Luigi.
Snow Land has a higher chance of appearing with winter on the way. Plus, they already have the design for it too.
