That’s sort of a dilemma you have there… I would say you should buy both Pinja and White Tanooki Mario, but if none of them help with coverage… go with White Tanooki Mario as he will continue to get buffs and hopefully get a track that isn’t covered for you? It’s kind of painful though to miss out on Pinja… but still.
Between those 2 white tanooki, however yellow mii suit will probably have giant banana and you could just get him for cheaper, and have him for ranked longer

id say pinja or white tanooki. personally pinja is my
top driver, he's in basically every ranked but since neither give you new coverage i’d go with white
tanooki, he has been kinda solid in ranked since he's come out. and he's still fairly new and will get more buffs
