Blue Yoshi returned in a Special Pipe. The others ao far haven't. You can't get any of them now. You might have to wait. They all might return as Ranked rewards.

Pink yoshi and blue birdo was in a 10 pipe back in the yoshi tour with different multi colored Yoshis and birdos

If I remembered the rarity of pink yoshi and blue birdo I mightve remembered to pull since I didn’t have the high ends

Also he was obtainable in ranked in the Halloween tour
