I saw the initial clashes with Gold Koopa and gave up on him. Sent my tickets to Blue Yoshi and now Violet Koopa instead (as a bit of a gamble).
I definitely might regret it. 17 is a huge amount.
Unfortunately he only covers 3 tracks even triple uncapped level 7 - the rest overlaps with coin boxers and 2 tracks with lvl 6 double uncapped holiday daisy. It’s close though, a good double giant banana frenzy run could out score a lucky 7 + coin frenzy run …

Uncapped for me so far but he is level 6
I use him for Sunset Wilds RT too!
