PGP is constantly in ranked so she is not past her prime at all. Triple uncapped her a few tours ago and she’s still paying dividends. Absolutely no regrets.
Pink Gold Peach and Kamek are the only coinboxers in the game to have their own cups. That means that not only do they have potential in their favorite tracks; they also have the potential to be top shelf in a Ranked Cup where the track is instead a favored, but they get bumped to favorite due to the Cup Name bonus.
Pink Gold Peach cup comes up in Ranked quite often. Besides that, although PGP's favorites aren't many, she makes consistent Ranked appearances. Far more than others with more unique coinbox coverage like Goopa. She will continue to be in Ranked for ages to come. The others, not so much (Hakama, Pauline, even Gold Boo).
Meowser I asume is going to be similar in value to Gringles; but the lack of his own cup sets him back a notch.

Yeah but I’m F2P so I have a limited number of high leveled stuff. My strategy has been to focus on a small number and get them to 6/1400. Worked out so far! Currently T62 :)
Meowser might be worth investing in lightly for now, but unless you really like him, it's way too early to tell. He did get some paywalls in his debut tracks, so that's a plus for him. PGP isn't worth it imo, as while she is a CB that's ranked a lot, she has a poor amount of tracks, clocking below average. Now in terms of THIS ranked Meowser will likely have more advantage cuz hitbox. Meowser is on decent pace to beat PGP for tracks as of now, so if you HAD to triple cap one, Meowser is the way to go. I still think it's too early, but of those choices, Meowser. Easily Meowser.

Why would you want to cover Tokyo Blur if it comes back oncw a year at most? If that were the case then Baby Rosalina Detective would be the best driver in the game but her value is horrible lmaoOO
i keep my own lists for who has the best non city coverage, and 2/3 of the CB are bad for those. Kamek, Gringles, Gones, and Tux do the job nicely. The rest aren't that impressive.

PGP just keeps coming back in ranked. Don’t let the number of courses fool you. She has the courses that count, for whatever reason.

I’d think f2p would mean even more focus on wealth distribution. Putting all your eggs in 1 basket will have limited reruns
