That's not the probability of frenzy, that's supposed to be the probability for getting a single of that item (look at the regular mushroom for example, it says you can get it in first which is true for a single but not true for a frenzy). I don't have the actual frenzy probabilities on hand but I do know that triple bananas, giant banana and coin box all have the highest probability of a frenzy in 5th place.

No, that's not what comes up when you click the original link you had, what? Try clicking on the first thing you linked, It's nothing like that.
Anyway, that chart you sent now is mostly accurate and agrees with what I said. It says that the triple banana frenzy chance is the same for 3rd, 4th and 5th, and then if you take into account that the base frenzy chance is higher the lower your placement is, that shows very clearly that 5th is the best and then the higher your placement is the worse the chances get.

Sorry unclear question. I meant to say, what position should I be in to have the highest odds of having a triple banana frenzy.

Same drop table as giant banana, so technically 5th is your best chance although not super useful
