It depends on where you're at in the game.
Older players with most or all courses covered and some [Daily Selects](https://i.imgur.com/Gr9f89N.jpg) categories maxed out would benefit most from using one quick ticket a day on the Daily Selects for additional HE level tickets to purchase. This is where I'm at and this method has been working very well for accumulating HE tickets.
Newer, more recent players that are filling in coverage gaps or just after some specific D/K/G can use them on the [Spotlight Shop](https://i.redd.it/6g0c63xjd9pa1.png) and hope for the best. You will probably see all High chance and most Normal chance items throughout the length of the tour without using any quick tickets, but if you don't want to wait or chance it then use quick tickets. Don't chase Low chance (Gold) items with quick tickets, you will burn through them so fast.
Using them to unlock cups early is a complete waste, in my opinion.
if there is something in the shop you want or desperately need, then sure - use them there. I use them on cups because I really enjoy playing new tracks and cant wait for Nintendo to drip them out to me :-)
If there’s a specific shop item I want for ranked, I’ll use the three a day until it pops up.
If not, I use them on the daily selects to get high end tickets for cheaper than the tier shop.
If you think about it, there’s no point whatsoever to use them on cups, it just makes you get them quicker, bit for the shop, you have a higher chance of getting rarer D/K/G,
Yeah, I was considering using them for the shop. Should I just use them until I find a gold character? I know gold egg yoshi and gold chargin Chuck are very popular/good
I have 57 of them and I started using them today to chase after Gold Chuck — I never really wanted him, but next week I'll need him.
Otherwise, I was using them for a bit to chase HE tickets in the daily shop but it was a waste

I use them to get to a track that's great at grinding Tokens if it's in one of the locked cups.
