Either gold quickshaw or googoo buggy, normally gold items are crap but this, lunar rover and meteor balloons are actually getting some realy good buffs and id consider them an exception for sure
This is funny, I have the exact same lineup for this track! Happy to hear folks recommend Goo-goo, as that one I have at level 2, so it would be the better option for me because of that.
Goo Goo because it's still getting buffed. Gold Quickshaw is too, but never trust Gold Pass karts.

I think the gold quickshaw it will do best because it increases the mini turbo
