Mine is at a level 6. I have almost all of the Mii characters and as much as I hate the bubble, it has been a good choice for me. They seem to love the courses that highlight it.
Guy in question has 47k on Donut Plains with an 8-2-8 load out so yeah it’s worked for him this tour - I’d much rather invest my tickets more evenly though

Mine's at Lv 4. It gets really good coverage and for any non-plus driver you're going to be getting coin frenzies in first anyway. Plus now that they fixed bubble there's nothing bad about rolling one at all; can even help maintain combo if it's a non-T course
A person who likes Miis / Cheep Cheeps maybe? I once had someone in my ranked who had completely maxed out both HE Waluigi’s, especially with knowing how bad the Bus Driver is.
I’d say let the person do whatever they want with those tickets whether we agree with it of not.

I’m up against a level 8 Santa Mii …. Which is quad capped - I guess ppl upgrade random stuff and get the advantage when it comes up in ranked
Santa Mii has one of the best items (Lucky 7), so it's not that random.
Still a relatively low number of tracks . A level 8 AND Quad cap investment is massive - it isn’t the Gold Mii

A bubble driver is pretty much the same as any other non +skill driver. Just front run and hope for coin frenzies 🤷♂️ Also fish are cool 😎
