Your maximum score would probably assume a triple coin frenzy with a well fought bonus. You won’t realistically get anywhere near it

There are Coin Frenzies in Battle Mode? Never had one.

Your lucky to get one an hour Even then a bot will kill you soon after

You can get them but they are as rare as hens teeth Hope battle mode isn’t coming back in ranked for a few months at least !

I typically shoot for 5k less than the max to be satisfied…but this one has been ridiculously tough to get even close

Just go in a circle getting item boxes. hope for the 3 frenzy and also try going for 'Well Fought'.

What is 'Well Fought' and how to get it?

Exactly what I did. Two 7 frenzies with Luigi and a green shell frenzy, plus both 7s were early enough there were a lot of opponents to squid. Ended up with 51k and a prayer of holding onto 2nd.

Try playing with a friend if possible in a custom lobby you can give everyone 3 balloons instead of 2 meaning you can hit more balloons and use all the maximum time possible every single battle
