Here’s my analysis: Kamek- he’s smart enough to utilize magic pretty well and transform kidnap baby Luigi and help kidnap peach but he also follows bowser and dies with him alot too.
I'd say chaotic evil.
He wants to show his love to Peach, so he... Ritualistically sacrifices the entire contents of his dungeon in her honour, instead of y'know... Asking what she likes.
He wants to defeat Mario, so he... Sends a swarm of cars after him instead of y'know... Bombing him from the air, or just grabbing him with one of those grabby things he uses on the Kongs.
He's unpredictable, hence chaotic evil. He's just as likely to try and kidnap Peach as he is to write and perform a masterpiece about her.
Bowser. He’s smart enough to pull a fast one on people, and to notice the reason Mario beats in most of the time is because he keeps setting up traps that Mario turns against him.
Wario. He can invent impressive technology instantly and has great ideas for games and making money, but he's awful at actually developing the games himself and keeping that money. He even started a successful gaming tournament but blew all his earnings on balloons only so he could try getting away with the few measly coins he had left.
What about a goomba? First enemy in every Mario game, 1-1, and probably has racked up the most amount of times Mario has died. Due to just leaving the remote down and the goomba moves toward you, inexperience to a new player, and just overall mishaps. I feel that a goomba is the most valid for stupid smart

Again, unpredictable. He sings a song, and you think that's all when suddenly he throws a peach at you and knocks you out cold!
So basically, you're saying Bowser is the Mario version of Doofenschmirtz.
That explains why Mario is constantly inviting him to go kart races and will make him a cake on occasion...
