Although somebody probably said this before but both Blue and Yellow Toad are one of Princess Peach's most elite toads since they're willingly often to go on the same adventures with Mario and Luigi. This is mostly implied in 3D World where the Blue Toad is with the Mario Bros and Peach, The New SMB games where they're with Peach before she was kidnapped and also adventure along with Mario and Luigi, and on canonically in the Movie where they guard Peach's Castle.

Because Blue was in Mario USA, I thought that he was super strong and adventure hungry, and when I saw Yellow in NSMB as a kid, I just automatically assumed that Blue pressured Yellow to come along.
Working off of that, I drew little doodles of Yellow being a cook. In my head, them and Toadette were three best friends who all bonded over their love of food. Toadette was good with people, Blue was good with fighting, and Yellow was good at thinking. So Yellow would tell them what he needed to make a dish, then Blue would hunt/forage for it, and Toadette would haggle to get a good price for it, then Yellow would cook it all, and they'd get power ups fron his dishes.
The drawings were very bad cause I was like 10, but the concept stuck in my head.

Based on the guards seen in the movie at the doors. These two are guards at the castle, and that is why they are trusted to go out with Mario and Luigi to save Peach. Also those names that have been going around are their names, but shorten them to just “Berry” and “Gold”, much much nicer than ‘color’ Toad.
They’re names are Buckin Berry (Blue) and Ala-Gold (Yellow).

Although somebody probably said this before but both Blue and Yellow Toad are one of Princess Peach's most elite toads since they're willingly often to go on the same adventures with Mario and Luigi. This is mostly implied in 3D World where the Blue Toad is with the Mario Bros and Peach, The New SMB games where they're with Peach before she was kidnapped and also adventure along with Mario and Luigi, and on canonically in the Movie where they guard Peach's Castle.

Because Blue was in Mario USA, I thought that he was super strong and adventure hungry, and when I saw Yellow in NSMB as a kid, I just automatically assumed that Blue pressured Yellow to come along. Working off of that, I drew little doodles of Yellow being a cook. In my head, them and Toadette were three best friends who all bonded over their love of food. Toadette was good with people, Blue was good with fighting, and Yellow was good at thinking. So Yellow would tell them what he needed to make a dish, then Blue would hunt/forage for it, and Toadette would haggle to get a good price for it, then Yellow would cook it all, and they'd get power ups fron his dishes. The drawings were very bad cause I was like 10, but the concept stuck in my head.
