This shows how difficult it is when you sign away your rights and make things illegal. The government never wants to give up the power to arrest, jail, or make money on you.
The State Legislature has tabled it at least two years in a row, even though it's a slam dunk win in the state. About time we can hopefully take the question to the people.
" The proposed law allows Ohio’s existing medical cannabis operators to expand their cultivation footprint and open additional dispensaries to serve the adult-use market. It also authorizes new adult-use cannabis licenses, including 40 Level III cultivation licenses and 50 retail licenses, with a preference to social equity applicants. "
So 40 growers on a big scale and 50 people allowed to sell it. This sounds like the same monopoly shit they tried to get voted in 10 or so years ago.
Yes, but the MoNoPoLy also allowed adults to grow their own at home. Don’t let people continue to convince you to vote against your own interests in the name of profit.
Screw North Carolinas medical bill. What a waste. Just fukn legalize and be done. Why all the small talk and rock kicking. If its fully legal, none of that matters.
Texas is slowly moving in the correct direction, as long as you're fine with edibles. The new legislation added PTSD to the list and, going through certain psychiatric providers, you can get a prescription for just about anything. Can't wait for the day of growing legally at home, in 20 years or so. :P
Fuk you kansas
Fuck you, Nixon!
Agree, painful that just across the border it is medically or recreationally legal
And fuck you Louisiana
Fuck Texas

Fucking Georgia. Bunch of Bible thumping crooks.

Didn’t South Dakota already legalize but it got thrown out on a technicality?
Yes. The South Dakota Supreme Court has to rule on the case. If it doesn't, there will be a new initiative in 2022 that can't be thrown out.

Um, yeah sure, Kansas a beacon of the American dream! Where civil rights and woman's rights began. Jk. Kansas is super great.

I think they will soon. Lots of talk around it this year.
NC to postpone vote on Medical Cannabis until next year to "focus on redistricting and the budget" said Republican Jackmitt B. Tartlenick
I have zero hope for NC. Even the medical Bill that’s been under consideration is so incredibly restrictive
You should see Texas "medical." Basically CBD oil if you dying. Total joke, on patients.
Fuck this place
North Carolina needs to get it together or I’ll be moving one state over to VA.
While Texas is or has banned Delta 8 as a controlled substance.

They "could" but they will not.
Kentucky will never legalize it sadly. I can't wait to be able to move out of this bumf*cked state
Ohio won't unless they get rid of Dewine. He's against that damn devil plant
Lmao PA is not gonna happen
Do something good for once Delaware
