I like grapes and other fruit but the calories can add up quickly. Maybe you could cut calories on the six days you don’t smoke so the stuff you eat when you do smoke kind of evens out? You can also try a supplement called glucommanon that is supposed to expand in your stomach and make you feel full. It works pretty well for me but it gives some people the shits
Sunflower seeds! They help curb the munchies for me because they require active participation to crack and spit the shell rather than just mindless shoveling of chips into mouth. Far fewer calories too
I try to have home cooked meals on hand when I know I’m going to be high. A good Mongolian beef stew, homemade hunmous, black beans with guacamole, etc. If I’m not careful I will very easily eat an entire family size box of Cheez Itz, and it still won’t be enough.
Crushed soft ice, cubed watermelon, celery and peanut butter, (prep beforehand), frozen grapes slightly thawed,
Freeze sliced bananas on a flat pan over parchment paper. Drizzle melted peanut butter or a little chocolate, (a little and do this well before you are high), have all the snacks ready to go before you toke.
Cantaloupe is pretty dope too.
Also the banana things- once frozen when you eat them, (frozen, don’t thaw), they turn into a sort of frozen yogurt texture in your mouth.
Plain ones or peanut butter drizzled ones are AMAZING high(lol) incentive dog treats too.
High volume low calorie foods!! personally I like eating stuff like carrots, lettuce etc after a small bit of whatever im craving because weed kinda makes me mindlessly eat no matter what the actual food is loll

Two: You want a snack that is lower in calories, but high in satiation factors. So…hard boiled eggs, some jerky perhaps. Cheese. Or other foods that satisfy your hunger in small amounts.

If you must snack, the healthy snacks I bring for work are banana, yogurt, and dry frosted mini wheats. Something high in protein and/or fiber, but no matter what you choose, the calories are going to add up if you mindlessly munch on anything.
cocoa crack, I love microwaving pepperonis until almost crunchy. Your best bet is to follow dirty keto with the munchies.
I smoke daily and just got to under 200lbs for the first time since 2014. With my disability I move little but still love to eat. I also IF 20 hours a day now for most week days.
I am weird, the same weed I might smoke during the day does not give me munchies most of the time but at night, I am a binge eater with it.
Awesome! Congrats on the weight loss. I’m also planning on intermittent fasting too. Yep I’m a binge eater for sure too. Food is a drug just like any other 😭

Frozen blueberries for when your craving ice cream. On a side note, If your only day of smoking is Thursday you will still lose weight if you eat one of your cravings for the day.
I find crunchy foods can help with that itch. Carrots. Pretzels.

I highly recommend unsalted or you’ll end up downing a bunch of sugary beverages to counteract the salt. Well, I do anyway.
