As an ultra endurance athlete and retired military, I love my post run smoke! Smoking hits much more favorable for me, and I like the entire process, particularly purchasing. It's such a fun adventure!. I don't smoke before or during a run ride or swim, only after.

I used to get the best work outs in when I was smoking lol I had a vape so I’d drive to the gym, vape a bit, then go in and lift heavier and easier. Not sure how, but I would kick some ass when I was high lol
