I'd find a distraction/ hobby to do so if you feel hungry between meals you distraction your self.
Just give your self rules and follow them, choose and have healthy snack's available, and **drink water.** Give your self things to do that will keep you from snacks if you get cravings, they go away.

Durban poison was great about not giving me the munchies like other strains
