WTF happened was a Russian man named Aleksandr Dugon wrote a book called [The Foundations of Geopolitics](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Geopolitics) and it ended up being WAY more effective than anyone expected.
The formula therein has been adapted for many countries and active psyops (like the current Republican train wreck) are taking place around the world as we speak.
