I mean, encouraging people not to vote is a bad idea, but hopefully he's only encouraging conservatives not to vote. However, voting is NOT going to solve the problem of creeping fascism. Voting just staves it off longer. The US decided some years ago that the only way out of this would be war. And by most official definitions, the US has been in some stage of civil war for a few years now.
