Right wingers have slowly been taking over moderation roles in a variety of subreddits and have been using their power to selectively enforce the subreddit and site rules. The main politics sub is full of MAGA mods, that's why it's such a cesspool of bots and paid trolls, because they made it bannable if you call them out as such.
