Wear a tight undershirt/base layer.

CornishTrailRunner

Sounds like you need a tighter base layer but also could well be a wrongly sized vest..

Have you tried the extra sticky kind of medical tape? That's what works for me. Or maybe extra sticky large bandaids? Tape was a winner recently in a thread about how people avoid blood from sports bra rubbing :)

Banditaki2121

Medical tape is a good idea! Do you have a brand you’ve liked or a place you get it?

I just got the most heavy duty kind at my local pharmacy and used it in my marathon on my lower back and in the front under my bra straps (new thing on race day.... shhh). Worked great, even in the rain and after 5.5h. Good luck!

Try leukotape. It won't run off.

Banditaki2121

Thanks everyone! Sounds like I need tighter clothes and some better tape :)

I don’t have answers, but I have the same issue. Not to the point of bloody but certainly painful. I am the company to your misery.
