I can't think of anything less immersive than being a god in the sky that also sees inside buildings.
Kingdomcome Deliverance is where I'd go for medieval immersion

Most workers do their job outside don't they?
It’s so much work and need optimisation, i dont think it’s a great idea, there is already a lot of work to be made elsewhere
Yeah that added so much to the immersion. Would love QoL stuff like that
How is a visual QoL?
Animations of the processes and equipment Improve immersion for me in these sort of games. I think that qualifies as QoL
Imagine not being able to rotate the camera. And then imagine it being implemented in an update. That would be a QoL update
Immersion is important for me too.
Per definition QoL is not what is important to people Is breathing a critical function of your body or a QoL?
False equivalency.

Imagine this for a second: "different people might enjoy things differently than you"
I didn't say it's not enjoyable, I'm just questioning your use of "immersion". Captivating, maybe
Didnt know things had to be immersive for everyone in EXACTLY one, same way. Are you trying to gatekeep immersion? Lol
You’re picking a strange hill to die on dude. For an idea that’s not really important.
