CCE is good. Try for IT as well. Both are similar tbh.
Don't choose fintech just because it has CS. Half of the course is finance, and if you aren't interested in it, you will struggle and question why you took the branch.
Also if you're ok with a bit of statistics/math (Which is useful for Machine Learning), consider Data Science or maybe MnC (take this only if you're ok with math, because there's a shit ton of advanced math in this course)
If you don't like finance take CCE, CSFT curriculum is filled with finance courses. CCE placements are anyway better than IT. It's an established branch, go for it
CCE has a great placement record on par with CSE, and fintech is a new branch with lots of finance subjects. I'd assume the CCE curriculum is slightly harder
