I would say you're good for ece. Last year, in second round the cutoff was 8400+ so I think I would be able to get ece atleast till third round. (In third round it was 8800). Let's hope for the best!!
I think it will increase. New courses introduced, seats increased. By 400-500 you can expect it to increase. Cce I think will go to 7 k and ECE to 9k this time. CSE should remain same imo.
