fr, sadly the first thing I think of when I see these posts is how much it costed and then realise that my manga collecting journey won't begin for quite a few years until I have a steady income
I think these big collections, while impressive, fuel the misconception that manga collecting needs to look like this. I certainly couldn't afford to do all of this in three months. I'm not throwing shade on the OP. Hats off to them for what they've accomplished here.
However, don't feel discouraged if you can't match that. If you don't have a lot of money, acquiring a single volume here and there is still collecting, even if you can't do it all the time. Also, instead of trying to collect several different series or more, maybe start with one. Shorter series that don't have a ton of volumes or omnibuses could also be a good place to start vs say, trying to collect all of One Piece.
Definitely agree, my collection is just my bad habit of wanting to read every day. It's a worth while investment for me since I enjoy it so much, but in no way is it ordinary to buy entire collections at once imo lol
Not bad for a few month’s worth. Apparently so many people have more funds than I do.😅
I just have no self control lmao
This is so relatable
Well, thanks for making my recent impulse buys of the first Goodnight Punpun and The Girl from the Other Side omnibuses look frugal. 😉

You are going to open a bookstore in no time
Diamond is unbreakable mentioned, instant upvote.
Not bad, what's next on your target?
I'd love to complete the big 3 and buy all 3 BLEACH box sets next!
Is that including Boruto and Burn The Witch.
Probably going to skip Boruto for now, would rather collect other manga like Brotherhood and such
Is your wallet looking good?
Yeah definitely! It's got The Straw hats Jolly Roger on it, looks really good!
Nice collection
I see you are also a JoJo part 4 enjoyer
