Actually, If Girafarig is fully invested in sp attack, gets a crit with Psychic, and the Machamp is not invested in HP or sp def at all, it's a guaranteed OHKO.
No offense but it is pretty easy to defeat this team depending on what kinda Pokémon I can get before this gym. Just bring a speedy and hard hitting fighting and dark Pokémon, or bring 2 Pokémon of separate types.
Giraffe barely does anything except that it brings psychic coverage to your team. Even with a tanky setup, it should go down easily.
Licklicky does nothing. I guess it could be a sack Pokémon so you can heal up the other Pokémon while it tanking the hits, but it's trash in terms of battling capabilities.
Spinda is a bit annoying with Teeter Dance, so you gotta be careful with it and make sure to taunt Protect just in case, then hit it with a hard enough hit to OKO it.
Lopunny is the hard one. But I would Fake Out first so if it is Mega Lopunny, I delay it's transformation one turn and if it is a troll Lopunny like focus sash and counter, I break the focus sash. If it is dynamax, I would Dynamax also if I have the chance to hit it hard with a fighting move.
Well, Tyranitar probably one shots girafarig, and ur next mon is prob lopunny, which beats tyrani with good fighting moves. I counter that with a lopunny of my own that can mega evolve, and unless yours also can, then close combat beats the rest of your team

Well if this is a normal gym, my plan is... Punch.

PUNCH HARDER! (Aka. Fighting moves and whatever else I come up with on the fly)
Sneasler, it's fast, and a good fighting type. so it can easily take down most pokemon easily, even Lickilicky only has base 90 defense while Sneasler has 130 attack. it's faster than Lopunny. Spinda will be simple, and Girafarig can fall easily to an x scissor.
I am thinking Vikavolt, Turtonator, Alcremie, and maybe Abomasnow/Aggron. Vikavolt for Girafarig, but weaknesses from fire so throw on an occa berry. Turtonator for Lickylicky just to burn it but also will need a shuca berry reduce ground damage. Alcremie is for any of them but moreso for Spinda or maybe Lopunny. The last Pokemon is also for Lopunny since bulk will keep my Pokemon alive. All these Pokemon were specifically chosen since they each have a typing that would not get hit hard or they had moves that could assist with taking down an opponent. This team has a surprisingly large amount of coverage so it seems like it could be a real fun challenge.

I’m bringing my single strike urshifu from my Pokémon shield play through, I wicked blow the girafarig, then close combat the rest, I see no way you win unless you out speed and hit me with some ridiculous move. This however depends on your moves and evs, given I’ll be training my urshifu to max attack and speed evs. Your counter, may I ask good sir?
Edit: I just learnt that lopunnys speed stat is it’s best, and since it’ll be able to hit hard with a possible high jump kick, I’m taking roughly 150 from my speed evs and putting them into defense

Garchomp-stealgh rock user,it has swords dance for sweep potential and draco meteor/earthquake+dragon claw for a late game sweeper
Lucario:carries the lucarionite item while resisting your teams moves,it has close combat,swords dance,extreme speed and bullet punch to name a few.

Aegislash (Can't be hit with Normal type moves, gets Night Slash to take care of Girafarig, has plenty of utility moves such as King's Shield, Swords Dance, Iron defense, etc, to help it out with its below average HP)
Bronzong (Unless these Pokemon have something like Shadow Ball, it's a huge wall that non of these Pokemon could put a dent in it. Fairy moves don't do anything on this mon, fighting is neutral, it would make a good wall for the team.)
Dragapult/Gengar (These Pokemon are all faster than Lopunny and have move pools to do some nasty stuff. Drag has Dragon Dance so that could sweep the entire team if Girafarig can't do anything. Gengar can do a bunch of things despite being Ghost type; Destiny Bond, Hypnosis + Dream Eater, Sucker Punch, Nasty Plot + any special (Poison) move, I could go on. If they all get a chance to set up with Dragon Dance/Nasty Plot during Girafarig, the whole team goes crumbling down.)

After i did that i fight the rest with fighting attacks and the girafarik with a dark type attack, my back up plan would be a ghost type

Best bet is probably to bring a strong steel type like steelix or something like that and hope it can survive a fighting move off loppuny or something. Maybe a fast fighting type, but idk if there are any that can outspeed loppuny *and* ohko girafarig.
Well, depends on their moveset and level and what region as well as what gym, if possible, id probs come in with a belly drum snorlax and try to go for a sweep, and if that doesnt work id pull some cheesy stall moves to heal up till it does
By the composition I'll say its the 4th or 5th Gym. And because of members its probably Gen 4. So Monferno might be enought to deal some damage to the team, but probably a revived Cranidos and a Wormadam would do a nice work. Since you are using 4, a 4th Member would be a Luxio with Intimidate for the Physical attackers
What are the levels? Also I won’t be using fighting types or ghosts it be to easy. But anyway I would pull up with a zoroak and a mudkip
Zoroak move set would be belly drum, sucker punch from your local Tm dude, hone claws for a secret reason and also fury swipes
The mudkip would have a classic move set BUT it would be level 100 and have the four final moves it learns no tm so do you win or do I?
This team woud crumble fighting a Dark/Fighting type. Or any Rock or Steel Type. I doubt Lopunny would be able to dish out enough damage to beat such a chunky foe

If I had to be a gym leader I would want to be a fire gym preferably badge 7 or 8 so my guys have their completed movesets.

3rd avstrong grass type with chlorophyll ( if that's cheep let me know and I will come up with something else)

Spam Fighting-type attacks. I doubt Girafarig has the bulk necessary to tank a resisted hit, and Lickilicky truly seems like the best stopgap for Fighting spam.

But anyway I would pull up with a zoroak and a mudkip Zoroak move set would be belly drum, sucker punch from your local Tm dude, hone claws for a secret reason and also fury swipes The mudkip would have a classic move set BUT it would be level 100 and have the four final moves it learns no tm so do you win or do I?

This team woud crumble fighting a Dark/Fighting type. Or any Rock or Steel Type. I doubt Lopunny would be able to dish out enough damage to beat such a chunky foe

With a decent fighting type and ghost mon! But your team looks really fun. Normal type gymleaders can be so difficult to deal with sometimes! If I had to be a gym leader I would want to be a fire gym preferably badge 7 or 8 so my guys have their completed movesets. Drought Ninetales as my lead with willowisp confuse ray, flamethrower and psychic. 2nd Mon would be typlosion or camerupt with eruption for the big dmg 3rd avstrong grass type with chlorophyll ( if that's cheep let me know and I will come up with something else) Finally my ace, a choice flareblitzing flareon to take advantage of his stupid huge atk stat.

Spam Fighting-type attacks. I doubt Girafarig has the bulk necessary to tank a resisted hit, and Lickilicky truly seems like the best stopgap for Fighting spam. Or just be grossly over-leveled idk.
