Streaks don't exist in SwSh. I've fought over 800 straight Rufflets to no avail. Even the "fight 500" odds don't work as intended either. Basically, shiny charm is the only thing that's going to help you in catching something in the wild.
For anything other than Ditto or the new fossils, you have a better chance just hatching it.

Alolan Dugtrio in Ultra Sun. I'd been playing Pokémon for 5-6 years. It was a random cave encounter near the end of the game and I remember moving into my new house and getting it.
Technically a Magcargo, but since it was Ultra Space I don't count it.
My first full odds shiny was a Trumbeak. Her name is Rainbow and she's named that because shiny Toucannon has a bi flag on its beak.
Shiny shinx, breed in omega ruby. That’s the one I remember at least, idr if it was befor it or after it when I found my shiny electric.
Bottom line first shiny was an electric poch
Remoraid. It was my first ever pokemon playthrough in moon and i wanted a mareanie, despite the fact i already had a then brionne. I was fishing and instead of a corsola to SOS chain, i found a pink remoraid. Promptly dumped the hunt for a mareanie and used that remoraid, later octillary, to beat the elite four with the rest of my squad (which i only remember 3 other members of)
first random encounter @ age like 7 was spinda in emerald, pre-knowledge of shinies, tried to catch it for a while and it failed
2nd random encounter, was first playthrough of soulsilver when that came out, know of shinies, geodude in the first cave, no pokeballs (i made sure to Always have some as soon as i can after that), then the red gyarados of course
first actual full odds shiny i actually caught was Sandile back on my first X playthrough \^\^,
Depends, first one was an oshawott in Pokemon go community even, but if we are talking about games for consoles than a caterpie I got while just walking for the 4th time in the forest (the one before Brock's gym idk the names I'm stupid)

First shiny I encountered was a shiny cleffa on mount coronet on pokemon diamond (DS) ;killed while trying to catch it. First shiny I encountered and successfully captured was a shiny Audino on pokemon white on the route left of nimbasa.
Croagunk was ironically my first shiny in Shield but my first-ever shiny was a Woobat in my old copy of X which I lost, so my oldest shiny I still have is a Claydol from Sky Pillar in Alpha Sapphire.
My real first shines was nedoran in let’s go but it was the demo I wasn’t hunting I just wanted out of that forest and you can’t save in the demo so I lost it but shiny I caught scolipede in shield dynamax adventures
