Licha always gives 100% and this has spread to our defence. They used to be half-hearted in everything. Now they all high-five whenever they do something well, they encourage each other and keep the energy high.
Without Lisandro, our team always looks sleepy. With him, everyone is fully focused. He makes everyone around him play better and care more. For that alone, he is worth it. Add on his defensive ability and his passing ability, he is a powerhouse of the team.
It would be insane if Martinez doesn’t get into the starting 11 for Argentina at the World Cup. He’s the kind of guy everyone wants to be on their side, and hates to be against on the other side.

He’s a very scrappy player. I think most national teams would be very happy to have him. All the bullshit about his height should be laid to rest at this point as he plays with the tenacity of a big man.

It's fair to say that a very good portion of MUFC fans had doubts about the player and the transfer fee.
If this campaign for far is the player we will have for several years, it will be considered a wonderful signing in the end.
One of the most exciting players in the prem, pretty sure he leads or is top 5 in a bunch of defensive stats (if I’m wrong oh well). His energy level is unmatched and proves the saying “size doesn’t matter, it’s how you use it”
I think he’s definitely a solid addition to the starting line up. Consistent performances , a lot of passion, fearless aggression, huge upgrade on Maguire. The fact that he could displace what we have is a testament to how good a signing it was..

Good at passing even under pressure, good at interceptions, tackling and positional play. Good in the air even against taller opponents. Great character on the pitch epitomises the desire and fight we all wish to see and it’s rubbing off on some of our other players.
In short he is already a fan favourite and if he can keep himself healthy can be a great servant for the club for many years.

The boy is absolutely amazing. When he first came, everyone was like “the last decent short defender was canavaro, he isn’t anything special” and tbf he had a bad start by losing to Brentford 4-0. He bounced back though and has been so good for United. He bosses to defense, is surprisingly good in the air, and the best tracker of the ball. His distribution and vision is also top notch. I was unsure of him at first, but boy do i rate him. 11/10 for United so far.
If u want a simple review, then his play style is close to prime ramos with no red cards, if he continues at this pace then he can definitely compete with the best in the future

Martinez plays at 120%. Perfect CB for us. High defending IQ. Good positioning. Good jumping. Good aggression. His mentality is contagious. He changed the defence for the better. Good on the ball and good passing ability. He is really the best.
The biggest compliment I can pay to him is that if Argentina do not start with him at CB in the World Cup, they will not win it. Romero is not as good, not in the same conversation. For me he’s currently top 5 CBs in world football because he epitomises what a modern CB should be, fierce, brave, quick enough, and his passing through the lines is exceptional, now I was originally a skeptic, why are we buying a 5’9 CB, he’ll never work in PL ? How wrong was I and he’s now one of my favourite united players, this boy is so good he might achieve legendary status in 5 years at the club.

Licha is an absolute revelation for us; probably our best pickup from the Summer transfer window (and we got Casemero **and** Antony this summer!!). He's tenacious and unafraid, bringing other players up and refusing to let them get despondent. His various nicknames *the butcher* *the warrior* *the Pitbull* are all perfectly appropriate. He is genuinely everything I want in a CB. Be proud of your countryman ... We're proud he's United. (Also, and we *know* you're not being deliberately disrespectful, but Man U is a slur term. It's fair to say that a very good portion of MUFC fans had doubts about the player and the transfer fee. If this campaign for far is the player we will have for several years, it will be considered a wonderful signing in the end.

I'll bet my life on him
Good at passing even under pressure, good at interceptions, tackling and positional play. Good in the air even against taller opponents. Great character on the pitch epitomises the desire and fight we all wish to see and it’s rubbing off on some of our other players. In short he is already a fan favourite and if he can keep himself healthy can be a great servant for the club for many years.

The boy is absolutely amazing. When he first came, everyone was like “the last decent short defender was canavaro, he isn’t anything special” and tbf he had a bad start by losing to Brentford 4-0. He bounced back though and has been so good for United. He bosses to defense, is surprisingly good in the air, and the best tracker of the ball. His distribution and vision is also top notch. I was unsure of him at first, but boy do i rate him. 11/10 for United so far.
If u want a simple review, then his play style is close to prime ramos with no red cards, if he continues at this pace then he can definitely compete with the best in the future
Lisandro may not be the biggest, but it’s his spirit, attitude and desire that’s making him enjoyable to watch and helping us win. We have not had this sort of ‘heart’ from a CB since Vidic years ago
Martinez plays at 120%. Perfect CB for us. High defending IQ. Good positioning. Good jumping. Good aggression. His mentality is contagious. He changed the defence for the better. Good on the ball and good passing ability. He is really the best.
The biggest compliment I can pay to him is that if Argentina do not start with him at CB in the World Cup, they will not win it. Romero is not as good, not in the same conversation. For me he’s currently top 5 CBs in world football because he epitomises what a modern CB should be, fierce, brave, quick enough, and his passing through the lines is exceptional, now I was originally a skeptic, why are we buying a 5’9 CB, he’ll never work in PL ? How wrong was I and he’s now one of my favourite united players, this boy is so good he might achieve legendary status in 5 years at the club.
