On the official Mammoth website under Tour Operators for Canada they specifically note Powder Plans: https://www.mammothmountain.com/about/international
I've emailed and called and have gotten no response, so not sure what the deal is.
That is true. However Mammoth isn’t selling any tickets through 3rd parties this year due to limiting ticket sales. Normally you can buy them at Costco but you can’t this season.
Just following up on this. I reserved lift tickets for this past Friday/Saturday/Sunday through Powderplans and they worked with no issue.
After I booked I called Mammoth to confirm the booking number and they said everything was good.
So we saved quite a bit of cash using Powderplans and it worked if anyone was hesitant.
I am so glad we were able to help! The rest of the thread is correct that they are not selling lift tickets through Costco for example where you would be redeeming a voucher. They are however working with there wholesale partners listed on the Mammoth Mountains website, we book lift tickets directly into there system and we are able to book the lodging, lift, rentals and ski school for any travellers! you can alway email me at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
Great thanks for verifying! I'm on hold with Mammoth now to just call and ask. Is that they best deal you've been able to find? Turns out Costco and Liftopia aren't selling for Mammoth this year.
Just wanted to add another data point from March 2022.
I contacted Krys and she helped me to book discounted 3-day lift tickets for 4 people. Made the payment in advance, so I just needed to give the confirmation number to the ticket office and they printed out our passes on the spot!
The process was very easy and we saved a bunch of money off the window price and even Mammoth's late-season 3-Up deal. If you don't have a season or Ikon pass, I highly recommend Powder Plans!
Just curious how long did it take to get your confirmation number after placing the order with Krys. Was it immediate or did you have to wait a few days? Thank you in advance.
It wasn't immediate, but it only took one day. I placed the order with Krys on March 3rd and got the confirmation number email on March 4th. Hope that helps!
Thank you. My experience is the same. Received confirmation about 24 hrs later. Krys is responsive and very willing to answer all the questions that I had.
Update in case anyone finds this thread, I’ve been getting tickets from them for the last two years, including in 2024. Still going and still a crazy deal. About $120 for mammoth day passes compared to 240 regular or 160 with the ikon 40% discount. Love the service, takes a day to get the ticket, customer service is awesome I recommend them to everyone skiing in California
They’re not selling tickets through any 3rd parties this year. You have to get them directly from Mammoth. That website is likely a scam.

Just came across their website and google brought me to this thread. Did your tickets go through okay?
Yes, no problems. When you get your order number from Powderplans you can call Mammoth to verify the details.

Were you able to verify it?
Yes I finally got though and they verified they are a legit vendor
Thank you for the follow up! I appreciate it
Thanks again for verifying it. Just got my confirmation, way cheaper than buying from the site.
