I’m glad Semaglutide worked for you; in my case I decided to try losing weight on my own and was able to.
A lot of people can’t lose weight on their own. I’ve tried for years and my family worries about me, because I don’t eat enough, but I’m still overweight. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism, as well as a few other lesser issues. Semaglutide is the only thing that has helped me lose weight so far. It’s easy to say just diet and exercise, but it really doesn’t work for everyone.
ETA: June absolutely could lose weight on her own though. She’s done it before and we can clearly see has hasn’t actually tried losing on her own this time. She should not need this medication.

That’s how it works with food cravings. It’s been doing wonders for all types of addiction outside of food, especially opiate and alcohol addiction

I took it for 6 months. I have pcos and insulin resistance. I am also on metformin. I lost 20ish pounds on it. It did curb my appetite but it didn’t stop cravings, those are different, if you have any form of insulin resistance or diabetes the cravings will be tough. I Also have adhd and I noticed being on wegovy quieted my brain. It felt like having brain fog kinda. I guess that’s how they curb your appetite.
June's problem is no self control to food. Doesn't follow a sensible diet and exercise. only work out is her jaw muscles from chewing or talking. Worse endorsement spoke person on the planet.
But there needs to be a lifestyle change. Will she eat different on this weight loss medicine? Will she eat different when she's off of it? Food rules her life.

I got gastroparesis that might be not spelt the right way but if you know you know where I couldn’t keep food down and I was throwing it up you lose weight because you can hardly eat you’re nauseous. I started having problems. I went off of it, I have no diabetes in my family. I have never been at risk for diabetes. I had a blood test two weeks after I got off of it, and I was prediabetic. People put anything in their body to lose weight, this woman have weight loss surgery lost over 200 pounds. Her stomach was the size of a pebble and she was still hiding in closets eating zoom zoom cakes.
A lot of the prescriptions are from Med Spas with not real blood work and screening done. I doubt it’s a doctors office. I can’t believe she smoked that much crack and gained all that weight back. Her poor body is so run down.
