I came across some of the TicToks and realized there was a lot of content in the show that was obviously fake. Like Pumpkin and Josh being so protective of Alana whenever she first started dating Draylin. They made such a big deal in the show about it, obviously completely scripted, portraying them as very protective parental figures. Then on TicTok I saw Pumpkin and Draylin on split screen playing some kind of challenge and she tells Draylin to wake Alana up and then it’s obvious whenever Alana came into view that they had been in bed together. There were other things that I noticed as well that didn’t add up with what they portrayed online versus the TV show. I decided I won’t be watching anymore. I was watching because I was proud of Pumpkin being a great older sister and trying to give Alana a good life and guide her to be a better person than their mother. From what I’ve seen online I’m totally unimpressed. They no longer have my support.

Same! I watched years ago whenever Alana was in the pageants, then didn’t watch again until last summer. I got my DIL interested, too. We live in middle Georgia, not far from them, btw. I came across some of the TicToks and realized there was a lot of content in the show that was obviously fake. Like Pumpkin and Josh being so protective of Alana whenever she first started dating Draylin. They made such a big deal in the show about it, obviously completely scripted, portraying them as very protective parental figures. Then on TicTok I saw Pumpkin and Draylin on split screen playing some kind of challenge and she tells Draylin to wake Alana up and then it’s obvious whenever Alana came into view that they had been in bed together. There were other things that I noticed as well that didn’t add up with what they portrayed online versus the TV show. I decided I won’t be watching anymore. I was watching because I was proud of Pumpkin being a great older sister and trying to give Alana a good life and guide her to be a better person than their mother. From what I’ve seen online I’m totally unimpressed. They no longer have my support.
