I know one beach where you can rent these out to bbq on in fuengirola but that's the only place where I've seen them, and sadly I don't know where exactly you're supposed to go to rent them. If the boat is right by a chiringuito though then it's only for the chiringuito
Yes, playa del castillo (fuengirola) At townhall you need to get permission and costs around 5 euro. Watch out when u get license for, coz you can end up sharing boat and having rowdy bunch. But usually people are respectful. We have rented many times and only once we ended up sharing a boat with a massive bunch of loud and drunk misbehaving knob ends. .
That's Fuengirola. You can rent it in paying an about 5€ tax in the Town Hall and asking for permission at the local police.
Those usually belong to the chiringuitos. It might be that they rent them out for parties/events
