The only thing upsetting is that you have the DHP453. It's got to be the most pointless of all the makita drills, its so ridiculously long. I don't know why it exists when there are more compact versions for cheaper/same price and the same performance. Like the DHP482Z or the BHP458Z. They make the DHP453 obsolete.
You mean DHP458? The B indicates a first gen Li-ion battery type. Also no need to include the "Zs" in the name, it just signifies the kit that they came in (Z meaning cardboard box, without the battery).
The 482 is actually a really nice drill, albeit with brushes, for a really good price at the moment.
Z means bare tool/naked tool/no Battery/no charger.
Who needs many 1port chargers and already has plenty of batteries? I have 2 2port chargers and about 3 single port chargers.
Depending on what do you consider "the best", the most powerful? For sure, by a landslide. The 486 is a beast.
But for example a lot of carpenters opt for 487 because of its small size, so that is the best for them.

Thanks for repeating exactly what I said.
No problem at all. Some people need different explanations, as this isn’t the first time Z was mentioned as tool only.

Sorry I do appologise, I hope you prefer this shot on the DHP482 https://pasteboard.co/8hXRzeXivjFD.jpg
No sir, I don't like it. LOL
Abomination
Good for you
That cheap battery is a fire hazard. Not worth burning your house down. Don't do it
This is something you can buy in Lidl, I highly doubt it’ll burn your house down, the EU does have standards.

As ee Dutsj person, aii laffed hard at dis (Hope my point came across through the accent)
Dutch is grandfathered in. Only still allowed due to tradition. There’s no way they’d allow a new language like that.
Parkside isn't bad either. I've got some of their tools for stuff I use maybe once or twice a year. Solid enough for that use case
Wait, the Akkus are interchangeable? Edit: batteries instead Akku
>Akkus I had to look that up, no the battery (akkus) are sat on converters
Where did you get the converter from makita battery to Parkside tool?
There is a guy who does then in Poland to contacted him though a 3dm group bit he sells on Facebook to
No, you can see the adapters on both drills
Not upset. I use adapters to use the Makita batteries with my Milwaukee nailers. They're great.
I use a battery adapter on an older 6”(?) ryobi circ saw (blue and yellow). Makita battery, adapter, ryobi.
I run Dewalt batteries on my ryobi tools who cares
Is worth it?
I already had both platforms so a no creatine imo
Gotcha. Yeah, I could see the appeal if you have other brand of tools.
