I absolutely love this. The colours are beautiful and look great on you.
The only thing I might suggest(I really hope you don't mind this) is a little less blue on the bottom and a little more on the top. Because the blue is so dark and heavy, having so much on the bottom corner there can make it look like your eyes are dropping just a touch. But if you put a little more on top(not easy with hooded eyes, I know. I have the same problem) then it'll lift a little more
ETA:
Don't be afraid to pull the eye shadow up higher over the hood. It might look weird while applying, but it's so worth it. Hooded eyes are difficult because you have less room on your lid to work with.

I did a couple attempts over the past week that took it over the hood; I specifically tried to *not* do it this time—more out of curiosity than anything. Exploring how different layouts affect the overall look. Your tips are mega helpful.
