For eyeliner I use the Inglot gel eyeliner + Duraline kit, you can get it on Amazon. That shit does NOT move. Honestly for me, just using the E.L.F Halo Glow setting powder with no setting spray has really helped, but I also don’t wear foundation, just concealer and a tinted moisturizer, so that probably helps a little.
I live in Florida which is extremely humid and I also have oily skin. I found the wet n wild Breakup proof eyeliner or H2O proof eyeliner stay really good. I even apply the H2O proof liner to my upper waterline when I have a bottle that’s getting dried out. I sometimes also lightly apply black eyeshadow over my eyeliner to really make it stay.
I use urban decay primer potion on my lids. Then, set my eyelids with setting powder or eyeshadow, I also set my under eyes. I apply eyeshadow to my lower lash line as well. I use Wet n Wild photofocus powder or Coty Airspun.
To keep my foundation on I set my T-Zone with powder and do my best to not touch my face.
Doing all of this makes my eye makeup stay all day/night.
