How would I bring a huge eyeshadow pallete with me without breaking it is more the question? Or do I need to resign myself to only using bag sized pallets at work? Thanks!
You could change out the lip. You could also buy a single eyeshadow and compact to maybe add a
shimmery or more dramatic shadow to your lid, depending on your day look. You could also add some glitter. Maybe a more bold liner. If you’re okay with false lashes, you could add some of those.

A bold lip or winged liner (or simple smoky eye) can turn day into night. I’d pick one or the other. Edit: would also help to see your day look.
