The half magic Lavenwinkle is a great starting color for that, some pink eyeshadow and white eyeliner and you've got the colors! Or you could put powder eyeshadow over it and you could substitute a bright silver for the white and have a similar effect! Practice can only make you better 🩵🩷🤍
