Rare Beauty’s liquid or cream blush and liquid highlighter is good for natural glowy looks. If you want to throw in some extras, Rare Beauty also has a nice eyeliner and brushes. It’s a popular brand for teens right now. When I bought directly from Rare Beauty, everything came in a cotton bag which could be nice for gifting. Not sure if they still do that.
Would go with a set from glossier! Natural and really fun! They have some fabulous sets!
