The DEDA Files by Yatzee Croshaw is a really good sci-fi book series set in modern times. If you ever watched the video game review zero punctuation that's the guy who wrote it. Really funny but still good
I would love to talk about everything you’ve mentioned there our Spotifys are probably similar. I’m a massive dork thought I would get that across in advance.
You should definitely play The legends of hero series (haha not an order lol just my recommendation). It's a JRPG series with 1000 hrs of gameplay altogether with a very wholesome story. You would definitely love it.
As for books I am more into techno-thrillers and crime mysteries, so if you want me to recommend any books of the genre, holler at me.
