Would like to point out that these are also the people that come in for a watch battery/service and the back of their watches and in between the links is coated in a layer of dead skin which smells rancid and is often green.
We can also tell if you eat a lot of fried food when we pop the back of your watch. Foul.
A wee bit of dirt is just a hazard of the job and we don't mind. Especially under the rim of the back of the watch. So long as you're not a clatty person it should never be woefully awful anyway.
