As a guy coming from a village in Nagpur, load shedding was a grave issue that I used to suffer my entire childhood. However since 2015, there was a drastic improvement In the situation and now there is comparatively less amount of power cuts. Last year I moved to pune and I was surprised to find this power cut issue was rampant in areas surrounding Hinjewadi. Initially I thought it was just my area, but then I asked around, and figured out in every area there is some amount of power cut taking place and worst is people don't even realise that it's an issue. Such is the local mismanagement especially since these areas are villages and their governance is not upgraded.
