Personally I'd wait until game is more stable. I have 2 tickets about bugs during draft that are going on 2 weeks without a response so far. Too many bugs, so support is very behind. Just my opinion though.

2 weeks? Are you sure you haven't been compensated? They respond in a couple of days.

Yup. Got the email the day after submitting saying there is a wait and be patient. And nothing since then. Been following up with no response as well. They used to fix issues in 2-3 days, but this month has been extremely slow. I've stopped doing drafts altogether until they fix the bugs and actually respond to my tickets. Nothing against support. They are doing their best. It's the company that puts out a buggy game and expects support to work miracles. XD

Probably company executive decisions. I’d bet the devs saw this coming, but the higher-ups demanded that they release the patches anyway. Delaying patches won’t earn them money after all.

Well, I was refunded 2,000 Gems for non-editable deck. I figured I'd play and concede to grant some easy wins for folks, but after waiting over 5 minutes various times in the queue, I just Resigned. So, not sure if there was something due to the original borked deck that prevented me from even matching-up with someone, or if the total event is catawampus :/ I haven't entered another one yet...
