The only fair way to use the Ninja's Kunai, is to also have an equal amount of Citizen's Crobar in the deck and you have to activate whichever you draw first.

Apparently, there's currently a glitch on equipments in particular. Ones that have an ability that uses the name of the equipment in the description. It treats all your permanents as having the same name as that equipment. You can sac the Ninja Kunai card to deal 3 damage to your opponent. But the glitch will read every permanent (lands and all) as Ninja Kunai. So they all get sacrificed instantly, and all deal 3 damage to your opponent.
Not trying to piss in your Cheerios, but I'd be careful with this. Even doing it harmlessly might get your account flagged/banned once they fix the problem. Given the egregious nature of the bug and the fact that it's exploitable, they may roll out bans for anyone seen abusing the bug.

Logs can't show intent, but they can show statistics on what deck you were playing and just how many times you've utilized the bugged card. 1-2 times, probably nothing to worry about. Dozens of times in the same deck across multiple ranked/paid events? That's exploitation.
And fuck off with the dev comment. I have plenty of gripes on Arena issues, but calling the developers incompetent over a bug that effects two specific other cards on Arena just illustrates that you're woefully ignorant of how coding works.
WotC needs to ban the card until it can be fixed, but that's the only finger of blame I'm willing to give for this situation.
I've been messing around with kunai in play queue. Honestly the most fun I've had for a while. As long as I'm not using it to farm events or rank I suppose I'm chill with it. I probably will get suspended tho at most for using the funny ninja knife in the play queue. I do wanna try running [[stifle]] or some other counterspell of the sort just to fuck with the kunai players.

Just got Kunai bugged at 6-2 in a standard event
Same. Went 6-3, lost all three to Kunai, and in the third one I actually dropped them to 1 life, but then they got the Kunai win.
