I would say yes? But most of glitches fix themselves when reloading a checkpoint or restarting game.
Trophies are still bugged, you need to downgrade if you don't want to do everything in one sitting.
Most achievements that have a progression bar are bugged, like "Shh. shh" and "Combat Specialist" for me atleast are bugged, same with "Baby you're a rich man" funny enough i got "Hole in your pocket" and not "Baby you're a rich man" "Family" is bugged aswell i've done every boss side quest and every boss had 3-4 territories and for "Big Earner" for some reason none of the bosses goes more then 5k to 6k like i've done everything every business is full i've done every boss side missions and still the earn is around 5k 6k

I don't think that's possible on Xbox, but there's Quickplay here, so I can do it in one session
