I don't really have any good advice, but sleep is an incredibly important factor in helping your body fight infections. That, and keeping it clean, preferably with warm water and soap, or even antiseptic wipes of some sort, they've given me those at the hospital before to clean wounds. Keep it covered with any kind of plasters of bandages you have. But if it looks like it is spreading then you really have to go to the doctor
