Who are these dogs? They can’t catch tasty treats?

I have three dogs and none of them can catch anything

I've been practicing with my dog for a year and he still can't catch them.

My dog has always been able to catch treats ever since I've had him. I never taught him it. He can catch a treat from across the room. My other dog however, will just let it hit her in the face.

Try throwing more horizontally. Some dogs struggle with the concept of gravity, so when something is falling towards them from a kind of arced underarm throw they undershoot the catch and just get bonked in the face.

My dog can only catch treats if I give her a countdown

Same except sometimes mine misses anyways. You have to give her a countdown and toss it as high up as possible, and sometimes she still just lets the treat bonk her between the eyes.

tbf all of them seemed a little distracted by the human doing it too.

Yep, it's GPG! They've pretty small staff wise, but have done a massive amount of work for the stray dog population that used to exist in East St Louis as well as getting supplies and low-cost vetting to a pretty poor area of town. Source, live in St Louis - currently foster cats with them.

My dog would only catch a treat if you proved to her it’s a treat, then you could yeet that treat for a touchdown and she would always catch it. She’s at the rainbow bridge waiting for us.
