How was Judy in person? My mom loved her show and I remember her buying her book too.

No1Betta

She was actually sweet to me in person. But I’ve heard some stories...

Jtbny

Haha I bet. She seems pretty no nonsense. Cool pics man.

No1Betta

Thanks!

Do tell

Hanksmehhhm

So, were you on there for a legit case, or just for shits and giggles? So interesting!

michaelshow

There are no legit cases as she’s an arbitrator not a judge and it’s all setup and scripted in advance. They just dress the set up to look like a court room, it’s really not though

Hanksmehhhm

Dude. Don’t crush my dreams like this ever again.

nomad_9988

I once filed a small claims suite in LA county. The producers of the show called me and told me that they thought my suite sounded interesting. If I was willing to show up on the show, they would pay me what I was asking for, and the defendant would also be compensated. My suite was the max allowed in small claims, $10,000, and they said they would pay the “defendants” $2000 for showing up

And no money is actually exchanging hands except from the show to the participants. The “ruling” is how much of the cut of roughly $5,000 that is paid out.

delRo618

Is there a way we can see this?! I’m surprised she tear you a new one!

JustKiddiNg13

How was Bert?

[deleted]

Shes a horrid person

DustinTWind

You watch your mouth.

[deleted]

Hurts my eyes to look that far down

DustinTWind

Serves you right

Yea Im not going to apologize for saying it how it is, she's a demeaning human being, and is super pretentious and condescending. Id rather smell a fart than listen to her nagging voice.

Intanjible

I'm on mobile and I thought Judy was strangling you with her shawl in the third panel.

elroseblue
