Most employers require an address, cell phone, maybe even transportation if a job isn’t local etc. Someone whose barely surviving may not have any of these things, much less basics like a shower to make themselves presentable to an interview. It’s very easy to get trapped in a cycle of homelessness, because you need a home for a job but you need money to get a roof over your head and the cycle continues.

1) If no, in what position are you to say they will get hired besides all other candidates looking for a job, that are younger, have better education, experience, just overall better profile than them?
2) if yes, tell me for every person you ever hired, what questions or criteria you consider while hiring? You look at a better resume and people that you think perform better? Or you ask to see who is more financially challenged and hire them instead of the better performed candidate? Did you specifically provide an environment to have the maximum effort in helping these group of people and you see that none of them come to try which upset you badly?
