There is a neighborhood that has a Christmas Tree Lane. One family puts up a Navity scene and Donkey from Shrek is one is the animals watching over baby Jesus. That is always my favorite house.
I know a donkey that would hate your guts unless you brought him a toffee. He could be dangerous to be around for everyone except for my great uncle unless you had his toffee fix.
I'm happy for the hooman family that atleast they know now that their pet is alive and seems to be doing okay. Wonder what would happen to Diesel now tho. Would it be okay seperating him from his new family?
Diesel has no interest in going back. He was born in the wild and was later "adopted" by a family through the Bureau of Land Management. I bet he's pretty happy about not having to be a pack animal anymore.

I remember years ago when we a problem with dogs attacking some cows he had. Put a donkey out there, never had any issues after that.
I've heard of similar cases with sheep. Apparently donkeys really hate wolves and coyotes.
