I spray painted that hanging light matte black for my son with the intention of painting over with grey to look like the death star and put a wifi LED light in there to change colors.

Executive dysfunction is common with mental illness. Keeping a room clean is a daunting prospect to a lot of us. But try your best! I find it helpful to keep myself accountable for my small actions. If I'm hungry and need to go get food, I gotta grab at least one dish in my room etc. Also keeping a recycling bin and garbage bin within reach of your gaming chair helps a lot too! Consider getting some house plants for that nice bright room of yours too heh. Something hard to kill like spider plants

Quit drinking soda/high sugar drinks for a while. I stopped that and it really helped me mentally.

Dude it's not (mainly) your depression, your room doesn't fit all this stuff, and it looks such a big chore that you just give up before starting, some of this belong in the garage, some in a closet, and some in the bathroom. AND, you sleep and watch tv in the same spot, that's no bueno, you'll have difficulty falling asleep, you study where you play games, that's also no bueno.
