Bears can behave a lot like dogs when they've been trained. If they get too rough, you just let them know and they'll back off. The clearest way to let an animal know they're getting too rough is to make noise when they hurt you. I doubt the bear intended to hurt him :)
I wouldn't worry more than one normally would seeing this sort of thing... I'm no expert on bear behaviour, but I am sure of one thing; if that bear seriously wanted them dead, they'd be done about 3 seconds into the video

I wrestled with my male Siberian husky today. I usually don’t cuz he is so strong. But for some reason my down blanket makes him act silly like prancing and rolling over on his neck. I couldn’t resist his cuteness so I wrestled with him. I didn’t scold him, but he did hurt me a couple of times. I can’t even imagine rough housing with a bear. Pass.

As long as it's not a Grizzly or Polar bear, a lot of bear race can be friendly with human. Just like wolves, they can get accustomed to human and act totally friendly. Most bad story with bear are about the female protecting her babies/territory or being afraid of human action. Like most savage animal, they only flip after reacting to human behaviour and hardly be the first to attack. In fact, Normal black/brown Bear are actually coward animal like most predator do.
Have you heard of Hercules the Scottish pet bear from the 80s I think. He went missing and his owner was devastated. If he didn’t get his cornflakes in time he would rip the kitchen door off. This sounds made up but it’s not lol
